Yes! HarborFest is free and open to the public. Food, drinks, specialized experiences, or select activities may require purchase. You can also purchase the Tides & Tastes Pass for a curated experience. Click HERE for more info.
HarborFest takes place at Bayside Park at 999 Bayside Pkwy Chula Vista.

Yes. A variety of food and beverage vendors will be onsite. Delve into all the options HERE.
Yes. Visit the Waterfront Tap Garden at the Flagship Stage or the Golden Hour Wine & Spritz Garden at the Dockside Beats Latin Stage for refreshing craft beers, summery cocktails and Zero Proof offerings. Must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase alcohol.
Yes! HarborFest will include family-friendly activities, interactive booths, and hands-on experiences for kids. Don’t miss our Harbor Passport Program! Sign up at the Information Booth and get free prizes and experiences!
Yes. Water-inspired activities are planned such as kayaks and paddle boards for free. SEAL Tours will also be available for a small fee.
Leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome in outdoor public areas unless otherwise posted.
Yes! HarborFest is an all-ages event. Some beverage experiences may be 21+.
Bring sunscreen, comfortable shoes, a hat, water, and a valid ID if you plan to purchase alcohol.
HarborFest is held in an outdoor park setting designed to meet accessibility standards. Accessible parking is available and is noted on the “Location” page.
